Starting therapy is an informed and supported process. Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Fill Out the Contact Form
Share a few details through our secure, HIPAA-compliant contact form so we can match you with the best-fit perinatal therapist.
Step 2 – Hear from Amy
Amy, our Intake Coordinator, will reach out by email, typically the same day during the week or the next weekday if submitted on a weekend. She will begin reviewing your information and help guide next steps.

Step 3 – Benefits Check and Schedule Your First Session
Amy will match you with a therapist based on your needs, availability, and insurance, and guide you through scheduling your first appointment.
