What to Expect
Starting therapy should feel simple and supported. Here’s how the process works:

Step 1 – Fill Out the Contact Form
Share a few details below so we can get to know your needs and insurance coverage.

Step 2 – Hear from Amy
Our Intake Coordinator, Amy, will email you within 24 hours during the week (or the next weekday if submitted on a weekend). She’ll verify your benefits and help you understand what to expect with costs before scheduling.

Step 3 – Schedule Your First Session
Once your benefits are confirmed, Amy will help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs and schedule your initial appointment.
We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and will follow up on Monday for messages received over the weekend.
