Deanna Stadler, MS, LMFT
Deanna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings warmth, insight, and a deep understanding of family systems to her work with parents and caregivers. She specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, adoption, and perinatal loss. With extensive training in Family Systems Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, Deanna helps clients strengthen their emotional resilience, deepen family connections, and rediscover balance during life’s biggest transitions.

Olivia Hageness, MS, LPC
Olivia is a perinatal therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy or infant loss. She has specialized training in EMDR and trauma-informed care, helping clients heal from birth trauma, anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can arise throughout the perinatal journey. Her warm, collaborative approach integrates EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to support healing, balance, and lasting growth.

Faith Beckley, MSW, LCSW
Faith provides affirming, inclusive care for parents and parents-to-be navigating the emotional ups and downs of the perinatal period. She specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD as well as LGBTQIA+ parents, helping them manage postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt with compassion and practical tools. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to foster emotional balance and self-understanding. Faith’s therapy space is collaborative and nonjudgmental, a safe place to process, rebuild confidence, and find steadiness in early parenthood.

Melinda Pedersen, MS, LPC, NCC
Owner & Founder
Melinda is the owner and founder of Cup of Thoughts Therapy and a trauma-informed perinatal therapist. She specializes in helping parents process unresolved childhood trauma, birth trauma, pregnancy or infant loss, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy and postpartum life. Her compassionate, grounded approach blends psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to promote healing and emotional regulation. Melinda believes that creating safety is the foundation for transformation and guides clients toward peace, clarity, and connection through every stage of parenthood.
