Work for Cup of Thoughts Therapy

Opportunity: Perinatal Psychotherapist – Join Our Growing Practice!
Type: W-2, Part-Time Employee
Caseload: 12–20 clients per week

Cup of Thoughts Therapy is a small, supportive group practice in Wisconsin specializing in perinatal mental health. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced therapist to join our team.

Cup of Thoughts Therapy is a 100% telehealth private practice serving clients throughout Wisconsin. We specialize in perinatal mental health and are looking for licensed therapists with a strong foundation in family systems who are interested in specializing in the perinatal population.

Our mission is to support individuals experiencing perinatal mental health conditions and provide a safe, compassionate space throughout the therapy process.

We're passionate about supporting new parents, experienced parents, and those healing from perinatal loss. The perinatal mental health work we do includes depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and recognizing signs of psychosis. At times, assessing safety and determining the need for a higher level of care will be necessary.

Founded in 2018 as a solo practice, Cup of Thoughts Therapy expanded into a group practice in 2024. We remain a down-to-earth, supportive team committed to providing exceptional care while fostering a collaborative work environment.

It is important that our clinicians align with the mission and values of Cup of Thoughts Therapy. We believe in creating the best atmosphere for both our clients and employees - support is key!
